My story

Transforming the manufacturing paradigm is my goal for Neuroguard Biotechnologies.

How it all started

With over four decades of experience in sports manufacturing operations and brand distribution across North America, combined with my extensive experience in offshore manufacturing has led me to a firm conviction: the current offshore manufacturing model for many products is unsustainable for North American markets. This model relies on economies of scale, shipping products in bulk from distant locations, involving numerous intermediaries, inventory layers, and costs. Additionally, the practice of leveraging low-cost unsustainable labor poses significant challenges.

Growth & experience

I have been involved in and responsible for:

  • Engineering company structures for sale, IPO, and navigated corporate acquisitions and divestitures.
  • Orchestrated several sales buyouts and complex multi-corporate transactions.
  • Assembled high-performing management teams.
  • Developed budgets and pro forma financial statements.
  • Cultivated global supply partnerships spanning Italy, Japan, China, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Mexico, and Malta.
  • Leveraged government grants and financing from agencies like BDC, EDC, IRAP, WD, and SR&D

My vision for the future.

My extensive experience in offshore manufacturing has led me to a firm conviction: the current offshore manufacturing model for many products is unsustainable for North American markets. This model relies on economies of scale, shipping products in bulk from distant locations, involving numerous intermediaries, inventory layers, and costs. Additionally, the practice of leveraging low-cost unsustainable labor poses significant challenges.

I believe these challenges can be overcome by transforming the manufacturing paradigm, which is my goal for Neuroguard Biotechnologies.
