Personal Statement: “My extensive experience in offshore manufacturing has led me to a firm conviction: the traditional offshore manufacturing model is unsustainable for North American markets due to excessive inventory layers, long lead times, and complex supply chain logistics. I believe the future of sports protective equipment lies in 'at-market' localized manufacturing close to the consumer. By combining rapid advancements in 3D printing, 3D body mapping, and custom mass production, NeuroGuard BioTechnologies is transforming the protective gear paradigm—delivering patented, highly personalized innovations directly to athletes while eliminating inventory risks and supply lead times.”
